John Fallon, MS, FNP
Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
John Fallon is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 30 years of clinical experience across primary care, emergency medicine, hospitalist medicine, transplantation, urology, and complex chronic illness.
Certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), he cares for patients with a wide range of conditions, including metabolic syndrome, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, hormone imbalances, Lyme disease and co-infections, mold toxicity, mast cell activation syndrome (MCAS), thyroid disorders, gastrointestinal conditions, autoimmune disease, and musculoskeletal issues.
John takes an integrative, patient-centered approach to care, combining conventional medical therapies with personalized strategies that may include nutritional counseling, targeted supplementation, botanical medicine, and IV therapies when appropriate.
His goal is to address root causes and support the body’s ability to heal while helping patients navigate complex, multisystem health challenges.
From 2005 to 2025, John practiced at Hudson Valley Healing Arts in Hyde Park, New York, working closely with renowned Lyme and tick-borne disease specialist Dr. Richard Horowitz in an internal medicine practice focused on chronic illness. Earlier in his career, he held advanced clinical roles at Mount Sinai Hospital, Good Samaritan Hospital, and Beth Israel Medical Center, including developing and directing an urgent care service for transplant patients at Mount Sinai’s Recanati/Miller Transplantation Institute.
In addition to his clinical work, John serves on the Dutchess County Board of Health and is a Board Member and Medical Projects Coordinator for the Nangchen Yushu Educational and Medical Association (NYEMA), where he helped secure funding for a clean water project serving Korche Monastery in Eastern Tibet. He earned his MS as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Pace University, an Associate Degree in Nursing from Columbia-Greene Community College, and a BA in English Literature from Columbia University. Before entering healthcare, he worked as a freelance writer and professional racecar driver—experiences that continue to shape his communication style and unique perspective in patient care.
