What's Included
The Optimum Core Course
A year-long curriculum launching with 10+ hours of video content covering MCAS diagnosis and treatment, vector-borne infections, POTS and dysautonomia, advanced therapies, longevity medicine, mitochondrial function, hormonal health, and gut health. Every module reflects how Dr. Dempsey thinks and practices. Includes video lessons, clinical case reviews, and written assignments.
An Expanding Content Library
New modules, updated protocols, and additional courses are added on an ongoing basis. Enrolled practitioners receive all new content at no additional cost. Topics in development include advanced lab interpretation, peptide therapies, mold and mycotoxin overlap with MCAS, updated co-infection frameworks, and longevity-focused hormonal optimization. The longer you’re enrolled, the more you have access to.
Certification
Toward the end of year one, each practitioner completes a one-on-one certification call with Dr. Dempsey. She presents a complex anonymized patient case and the practitioner walks through their diagnostic reasoning, assessment, and proposed treatment approach. Practitioners who demonstrate the clinical depth the program develops are certified. Those who need additional review receive specific feedback and complete a second certification call.
Twice-Monthly Group Calls
Twice a month, enrolled practitioners join Dr. Dempsey for a live one-hour Zoom call. These are working sessions. One call per month covers Q&A and case discussion. The alternating call goes deeper on a specific topic, recent research, or a complex multi-system case. Approximately 24 hours of direct access to Dr. Dempsey per year. All calls are recorded and available in your portal. Calls continue for as long as your enrollment is active.
Private Practitioner Community
A private, practitioners-only space to discuss cases, share clinical observations, and connect with colleagues navigating the same complexity. As the program grows, so does the network. Access continues for as long as your enrollment is active.
Provider Network and Directory Listing
Certified practitioners are listed in Dr. Dempsey’s public provider directory, a searchable resource for patients seeking practitioners trained in MCAS, vector-borne infections, and related conditions. Your listing includes your location, credentials, and areas of focus. You can display your certification on your own website and patient-facing materials. Directory listing is maintained for as long as your enrollment is active.

Renewal
After year one, practitioners renew annually at their enrolled rate and retain full access to group calls, new course content, the practitioner community, directory listing, and active certification status.
How to Apply
The application takes approximately 10 minutes and covers your clinical background, patient population, and experience with the conditions the program addresses. Accepted applicants receive an enrollment link with payment details.
Who should apply: Licensed healthcare practitioners — MDs, DOs, NPs, PAs, naturopathic doctors, and other licensed clinicians actively seeing patients.
Who this is not for: Health coaches, unlicensed practitioners, or anyone not actively practicing clinical medicine.
Frequently Asked Questions
The core curriculum and certification pathway runs twelve months. Practitioners who renew retain ongoing access to calls, community, new content, and directory listing.
The full initial course is available from day one. New content is added throughout the year and beyond.
A one-on-one call with Dr. Dempsey toward the end of year one involving a clinical case assessment. Certification is awarded to practitioners who demonstrate the clinical depth the program develops.
Practitioners who need additional time can complete certification in year two without penalty.
